Anointing and Dressing Oils

Zodiacal Oils - 1/2 oz When working spells, some practitioners like to dress a special "astral" candle for each participant with an oil appropriate to his or her sign of the zodiac. Others use Zodiacal Oils to symbolize the kind of activities with which the various signs are associated. You may also wear Zodiacal Oils as personal scents in combination with Planetary Oils, either remediatively, to strengthen "weak" astrological aspects, or pro-actively to heighten strong astrological aspects.	Planetary Oils 1/2 oz Although not many people think of it often, the days of the week refer to the "seven sacred planets" (five visible planets plus the Sun and Moon) -- and these planets in turn were originally Gods and Goddesses of Old Europe. Some workers keep a "Master Candle" on their altar at all times and dress it each day with the appropriate Planetary oil. The Planetary Oils may also be burned on candles or worn as personal scents to bring closer the influences of the deities represented by the Planets. They may be combined with Zodiacal Oils when working astrologically-based spells.
Hindu God and Goddess Oils When praying to Hindu Gods, or invoking their aid in magical rites, many people like to set lights or anoint statues. Catholic Holy Saint Oils - 1/2 oz When petitioning for the aid of Catholic Saints, or invoking their aid in magical rites, it is customary to set lights or dress holy candles to the saints. Many of our customers like to dress holy candles with an appropriate oil, containing genuine herbs and oils deemed appropriate to the saints with whom they work. Hoodoo Dressing and Anointing Ols - 1/2 oz Our anointing oils are made the old fashoned way, with genuine plants and minerals. They are used traditionally to anointeither the body or candles or sprinkle on amulets. Packaged in half oz glass bottles. £5 per bottle
